Refund Policy

We want you to be comfortable buying the Autism & ADHD Routine Kit.

-day refund

If the Kit is not what you expected, email us at within days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

1. Send an email to from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number.
2. Write “Refund” in the subject line.

That is all. We do not ask you to fill out forms or call anyone.

How you are paid back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. We send the refund within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After a refund

Once refunded, your license to use the Kit ends, and we ask that you delete the files.

Problems with the download

If a file will not open or you did not get your download link, email us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
